Claykaari Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Claykaari, we are committed to ensuring that your handcrafted pottery reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.

  • If your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, our team will contact you for alternate arrangements.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster (within 4–6 days), while remote areas may take longer.

  • Unexpected delays due to courier issues, strikes, natural disasters, or festive rush may occur.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge (₹50–₹150 depending on weight and location) will apply.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may attract an additional handling fee.

5. Packaging & Safety

  • All Claykaari products are safely packed with multiple protective layers to ensure they reach you intact.

  • In case your product arrives damaged, please refer to our Replacement & Guarantee Policy.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order status in real-time through our delivery partner’s website.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, Claykaari does not ship internationally. We are working towards making this available soon.

8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, the package will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges will apply for orders that need to be dispatched again.
