Absolutely. Our tableware is made with non-toxic, lead-free, and food-safe glazes, so you can enjoy your meals without any health concerns.


4. How durable are your products?

Claykaari products are built to last when handled with care. We also offer a 1-Year Replacement Guarantee for any manufacturing defects or breakage during delivery.


5. What is your 1-Year Replacement Guarantee?

Every product at Claykaari comes with our exclusive 1-Year Breakage Guarantee. If your item breaks within 1 year of purchase, we’ll replace it for free — only standard delivery charges apply.


6. How should I care for my Claykaari products?

  • Handwashing is recommended to preserve the glaze and detailing.
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., fridge to microwave).
  • Store carefully to prevent chipping.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.


8. Do you handle bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. We supply bulk orders for events, restaurants, gifting, and corporate use. Special pricing is available — email support@claykaari.com for details.


9. What if my order arrives broken?

No worries! If your product arrives damaged, it will be replaced at no cost and will not count towards your one-time replacement. However, a full unboxing video is mandatory to claim it.


10. Do you accept returns?

Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns once an item is delivered in good condition. We only offer replacements for damaged or defective products. Please read our Replacement Policy for full details.
