Every product at Claykaari comes with our exclusive 1-Year Breakage Guarantee. If your item breaks accidentally within 1 year of purchase, we’ll replace it for free (nominal replacement delivery fee applies).

How It Works

  1. Capture the Proof – Take clear photos and videos of the damaged item.
  2. Send Your Claim – Email or WhatsApp us your proof, along with your order number.
  3. Review & Approval – Our team will review the claim and confirm eligibility.
  4. Replacement Arranged – After approval, just cover the nominal shipping cost and your replacement will be on its way.

Terms & Conditions

To ensure fairness and transparency for all, the Claykaari Signature Guarantee is guided by the following terms and conditions:

  • One-Time Replacement Only – Each item is covered for a single replacement only during the 1-year guarantee period.
  • Exclusions – The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, or natural aging.
  • Intentional Damage – No replacement will be provided in cases of intentional damage or misuse.
  • Proof Required – Clear, unedited photos and videos of the damaged item are mandatory to process any claim.
  • Damage During Delivery – If your product arrives damaged, it will be replaced at no cost and will not count towards your one-time replacement. However, a full unboxing video is mandatory to claim it.
  • Stock Availability – Replacement will be provided only in the same design or product if available in stock. If the same design is unavailable, only then may customers choose a similar item of equal value. If available, the same item will always be provided.
  • Partial Set Replacement – In the case of sets, only the damaged item will be replaced. Example: in a cup-and-plate set, if the plate is damaged, only the plate will be replaced.
  • Return of Damaged Items – In rare cases, we may request customers to ship the damaged product back before sending replacements.
  • No Refunds – This guarantee offers replacement only, not refunds.
  • Final Decision – Claykaari reserves the right to approve or decline a claim after reviewing the provided proofs.
  • Shipping Costs – Customers must bear the shipping charges for replacement items.
